What was the highlight of Best Western Mirage Hotel Fiera

A very convenient and satisfactory layover or base in the Milanese hinterland.

Excellent location if you need easy and ready access to the motorway for Milan. Underground parking is ample and convenient. The restaurant is a bit colorless but the food is excellent, particularly if you enjoy beef and good wine. The reception team is multilingual, efficient, and thoughtful. We had a nice bowl and crackers waiting in the room for our dachshund as well as a very pleasant exchange with the manager on departure.

While the food was indeed excellent, the restaurant seems a bit understaffed for its size during the evening service- or needs better organization. We had to wait an unusually long time for service on an evening which was not at all crowded. We were also, for reasons unknown (we booked well in advance of our trip) placed in a room for disabled- so had to deal with lack of certain facilities and others totally out of proportion to our needs. Don't plan on going out unless you're prepared to drive- the hotel is in an industrial park, and while only a short (kilometer or so) distance from Paderno/Dugnano, the roads outside the park are heavily trafficked with no sidewalks until you approach the town.

Great hotel, very friendly personel, but arriving after 19.00hrs the roomservice is a disgrace

Roomservice, there was a steak restaurant that did not like to serve hamburgers for the bar, although this was displayed at the bar. The price and quantitie of the food in the steak restaurant were beyond normal so the only solution was to take the car and find something to eat elsewhere

Room was big, clean and cozy and the receptionist was super kind and empathetic.

No plugs close to the bed. Everything is paid extra and breakfast is fairly expensive, the vending machine only accepts coins (!!!)

The staff is very nice, rooms are very clean, the restaurant in the hotel is perfect. We stayed 2 nights. when we arrived to hotel, I asked to the reception if there is a cot available for my baby and they said that there is no available. The other day when we came back to the room, we saw the cot ready. it was very nice that they take our request into account even we did not remind them again. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel; and whenever we will go Milano or nearby, we will stay again for sure. Thanks!

Out of town stay, but still well connected.

Most aspects of the hotel itself were excellent. Having the bar open when I arrived late at night was really appreciated, with the Birra Moretti being decently-priced. Staff were friendly and had no trouble understanding my Southwestern English accent. It wasn't stuffed with dogs stinking up the place as I have seen elsewhere in Europe. Buffet and Latin music night was appreciated on the Saturday evening. The bed was comfortable enough and plenty of room in the bathroom.

The location was a bit remote for someone dependent on public transport. When walking from the train station, there was a section of the road which is unpavemented and require walking on the road towards a roundabout. With this in mind; if you are a phone zombie, have mobility issues or children/elderly/infirm persons with you, order a taxi from the train station to get there. Better safe than sorry.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The hostess called a cab for us so we had no problem seeing Milan also did reservations for the restaurant there and it was literally the best steak I've ever had. A little pricey but well worth it for a good dinner. I was very happy no complaints here it was also really nice on the inside.

The hotel quite ok, but remote and noisy.

The hotel was clean, the room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

It’s quite far from Milan center. To get there without a car one needs to walk 2km and then take a train, all of which takes about an hour. Also, the AC was noisy and the sound insulation quite poor. No grocery stores in a walking distance too. Industrial area.
